Low-fructose Honeycomb Meringue Stars (Paleo, AIP)

My husband loves meringue and pavlova, so this Christmas, it has been my aim to experiment in this direction to create sweet treats that he enjoys.

I did not know if it would be possible to make these cookies without a large amount of of fructose-laden, albeit natural, sweeteners. However, I am really pleased to share that I have done it, and my husband loves what I have made, 3 days before Christmas!!!

His description of what we have named Honeycomb Meringue Stars, is as if crunchy fairy floss & pavlova had a baby πŸ˜‰πŸŒ

If you do not have a Thermomix, I’m sure you could easily use a stand mixer for the meringue instead

I hope you and your loved ones enjoy these fun little bite-sized wonders!

  1. This blog is definitely rather handy since I’m at the moment creating an internet floral website – although I am only starting out therefore it’s really fairly small, nothing like this site. Can link to a few of the posts here as they are quite. Thanks much. Zoey Olsen

  2. I have been browsing online more than 3 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all site owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the internet will be much more useful than ever before.

    1. Wow, that certainly is a compliment! Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I am so glad you have found what I shared interesting and helpful πŸ™‚
