We had this for breakfast this morning, and every time I look at the photo I took, a sense of wonder and gratitude in my heart is awakened. I do love the opportunity, wherever possible, to add colour in my food creations with superfood powders that not only spark joy, but are also amazing for us in every way 🙂

Ocean Blue Berry Chia Bowl
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl, cover, and leave overnight in the fridge.
When ready to serve, stir in 2-3 tbsp of filtered water if a thinner consistency is preferred.
Marble/sprinkle with extra 1/8 TSP of blue spirulina powder, and top with your choice of fresh/frozen berries and more coconut yoghurt if desired. Enjoy!
