Simply Activated Breakfast Bowl

This super simple recipe is currently my son’s favourite breakfast! Truth be told, he calls it ‘breakfast’, but I sometimes make it for us in the mid-afternoons as a snack too πŸ˜‰

There are 2 easy ways this recipe can work:

#1 – Prepped the night before, the soaked and activated buckwheat, cashews & sunflower seeds form a soft bircher-like muesli

#2- Put together on the spot with already pre-activated and dried buckwheat, cashews and sunflower seeds, which gives a crunchy yet creamy experience

  1. Stir the buckwheat, cashews and sunflower seeds together.
  2. Add coconut yogurt, stevia powder, lemon juice, and spices and mix together.
  3. Gently stir through the berries. Your 'breakfast' is ready πŸ™‚
